Abstract
This thesis analyzes the influence of microclimatic factors on the development of cucumber anthracnose under greenhouse conditions. It was shown that high humidity, condensate formation, insufficient air exchange, and the preservation of infection sources in plant residues are important factors promoting disease development. The use of biological preparations reduced anthracnose incidence from 19.5% in the control to 3.8% with Fitosporin M and to 0.0% with the combined application of Fitosporin M and Alirin B. The results indicate the importance of combining microclimate management with biological protection measures against cucumber anthracnose.
