Abstract

This article discusses the scientific and practical aspects of the process of transferring land to other land categories in the implementation of land development projects, as well as the issues of organizing the effective use of land resources in this process. The study analyzes the legal, economic and environmental foundations of the process of changing the land category, and justifies the role of land development projects in this process. It also shows the directions of territorial planning, determining the quality and economic value of lands, assessing the agroecological condition, and organizing their effective use through the use of modern geoinformation technologies. The results of the study serve to ensure the rational use of land resources, the preservation of agricultural lands, and the sustainable development of regions.
