Abstract
This paper provides a detailed analysis of the key economic and biological indicators of the Meyer, Tashkent, and Pervenets Uzbekistan lemon varieties grown in Uzbekistan's soil and climatic conditions. It describes the average fruit weight of the lemons, their classification by commercial quality, yield per bush and hectare, and the amount of peel obtained, which is important for the industry. According to the analysis, the Pervenets Uzbekistan variety demonstrated the best results in terms of fruit weight (160 g) and yield (21.4 t/ha), demonstrating its rich source of raw materials for the processing industry. The results of the study are recommended for use in variety selection and forecasting production efficiency at enterprises specializing in lemon cultivation.
