Abstract

This article studies the composition of invasive pests in newly developed agricultural crops in the conditions of ecological deformation of the South Aral Sea region and their distribution characteristics. During the research, monitoring was carried out on mung bean, sesame, corn and white sorghum crops in the Muynak, Qonliko‘l, Shumanay and Kungirot districts. As a result, the main types of rodent and sucking pests were identified and their significance in the agrocenosis was assessed. Based on the results obtained, comprehensive pest control measures were recommended.
