Abstract
This article presents the main results of a soil study on old irrigated agricultural lands in the Dangara district of the Fergana region, as well as new data on the properties of the studied soils and their qualitative assessment. The study included an analysis of soil composition, agrochemical parameters, humus content, texture, and salinity levels.
The impact of irrigation systems on soil fertility and factors for efficient land use are also examined. Based on the obtained results, practical proposals for increasing soil fertility, rational land use, and improving agricultural practices were developed. The results of the study are of great importance for increasing agricultural productivity and ensuring environmental sustainability in the region.
