Abstract
This article presents the results of a study on the effects of different sowing rates and mineral fertilizer levels on field germination, plant density before winter, and plant survival after wintering in the winter triticale varieties “Sardor” and “Odisey” under the soil and climatic conditions of Kashkadarya region. The results showed that the sowing rate of 4.0 million viable seeds per hectare combined with N180P120K60 kg/ha fertilizer provided the best plant establishment and overwintering performance. The “Odisey” variety demonstrated higher post-winter survival compared to the “Sardor” variety.
