Abstract

This article examined the effect of seeding rates and sowing dates on the duration of the growing period of double-cropped soybean. The study investigated soybean sowing during the periods of 25.06–05.07 and 05.07–15.07, as well as plant densities of 200, 250, 300, and 350 thousand plants per hectare. Based on the indicators of plant height, number of productive branches, and number of pods, it was determined that a plant density of 300 thousand plants per hectare is the most optimal rate for double-cropped soybean.
