Abstract

The article examines the effect of bentonite clay powder on the formation of leaf area and the concentration of cell sap in cotton plants. Field experiments were conducted to evaluate the impact of different application rates of bentonite on plant physiological condition, water exchange, and photosynthesis processes. The results showed that bentonite application enhances leaf area development, regulates cell sap concentration, and increases plant resistance to stress factors.
