Abstract
This article presents the results of laboratory analyses of nitrogen content in the green biomass of sweet clover mixed with oats, rye, and triticale grown under different sowing dates and seeding rates during 2022–2024. The results showed that nitrogen content varied from 0.89% to 2.43% depending on sowing time and seeding rate. The highest values were recorded in the sweet clover–oat mixtures. The findings indicate that mixed cropping systems can improve forage quality and contribute to the development of a high-quality feed base for livestock production.
