Abstract

The article describes the current state of cultivation of medicinal plants in Uzbekistan, the main diseases affecting them, and the relevance of disease control measures. Biological characteristics of powdery mildew, rust, leaf spot, and root rot diseases of medicinal plants were analyzed. The necessity of developing environmentally safe and scientifically based protection measures against medicinal plant diseases was substantiated.
