Abstract
This article analyzes the influence of the "Baikal-EM-1" microbiological fertilizer on cotton yield and development dynamics under longirrigated typical sierozem conditions. During the research, it was established that the application of the microbiological preparation against the background of mineral fertilizers accelerates the opening of bolls and improves the biometric indicators of plants during the growing season.
The most important scientific result is that the additional yield obtained by applying the "Baikal-EM-1" fertilizer at optimal rates and times allows for significant savings in mineral fertilizers. This proves that it is an effective way to reduce the consumption of mineral fertilizers in agriculture and grow environmentally friendly products.
