EKOLOGIK VA MATRIKAL JIHATDAN XILMA-XIL BO‘LGAN URUG‘LIK CHIGITLARNING 1000 DONASI VAZNI

Abstract

The article presents the results of studies on the weight of 1000 cotton seeds characterized by ecological and matrical diversity. The research was carried out under the conditions of Tashkent, Namangan, and Khorezm regions during 2023-2025 using the breeding varieties “Sultan”, C-6524, Khorezm-127, C-5707, C-6575, C-6580, C-8295, C-8296, and C-8297. The results showed that the weight of 1000 seeds formed on fruiting branches 3–8 of I–III, branches 9–11 of I–II, and branches 12–14 of I order relative to the main stem varied by varieties and regions as follows: in 2023 — 105.7–126.3; 104.6–126.5 and 103.9–127.9 g, in 2024 — 110.5–120.7; 105.9–125.6 and 103.1–127.7 g, and in 2025 — 103.3–125.2; 105.3–126.5 and 105.6–126.6 g.
