Abstract

This article examines the rooting of regionally bred mulberry tree plantings, which are not pruned in the usual way in the Surkhandarya region. Cuttings are prepared on the first of February, planted in a trench 50-70 cm deep, and stored in this manner. Rapid plantings are performed in two ways. The first is horizontal, with settling basins placed on top at a depth of 5-8 cm, alternately covered with soil. The second method involves laying the cuttings at a depth of 15-20 cm. The rapid plantings are covered with soil, and one bud remains above the soil surface. When planted horizontally, the rapid plantings had a higher rooting position than the rapid plantings planned at an angle.
