Abstract
This article provides a scientific and methodological basis for improving the process of determining the normative value of land and the need to introduce automated information systems into this process. Currently, the calculation of the normative value of land is multifactorial, requiring the processing of large amounts of data. The study provides a comprehensive analysis of the main factors affecting land prices - soil quality, agro-climatic conditions, irrigation status, and the level of infrastructure provision.
