Abstract

This work highlights the theoretical foundations of land development projects, their content and significance. The role of theoretical knowledge in ensuring the rational and effective use of land resources, the legal, economic and environmental aspects of land development projects are analyzed. Also, the study of theoretical foundations is shown as an important factor in the proper organization of land development processes, making scientifically based decisions in practical activities, and increasing the efficiency of land fund management. The research results are of theoretical and practical importance for students and professionals studying land management and cadastre.
