Abstract

This article discusses the issues of studying the scientific and methodological foundations of conducting land development projects. The theoretical and practical aspects of organizing the effective use of land resources, improving territorial planning, and changing land categories on a scientific basis are analyzed. During the study, the basic principles, methods, assessment indicators, and modern approaches of land development methodology were systematically studied and their practical significance was substantiated.
