Abstract

The study investigated the mycelial growth of M. cydoniae and M. fructigena phytopathogens under different temperature regimes and incubation periods. The results showed that the maximum mycelial growth was observed at 22–24 °C with a 14-day incubation period. Correlation and regression analyses confirmed a strong positive relationship between temperature, incubation duration, and mycelial growth (R² = 0.87–0.91).
