Abstract
This article highlights the significance of developing land management projects for protected areas and their role in ensuring ecological sustainability. In particular, it analyzes the importance of the land management process in defining territorial boundaries, implementing functional zoning, establishing the rational use of land resources, and reducing anthropogenic pressure. Special attention is given to improving land management practices within buffer zones. The study substantiates measures such as scientifically grounded territorial planning, integration of environmental restrictions into the cadastral system, promotion of sustainable agriculture, regulation of grazing pressure, expansion of green areas, and the introduction of GIS and digital monitoring systems.
