Abstract

This article discusses the passage of phenological phases in the strawberry varieties section. Based on the study of strawberry varieties, the vegetation period of strawberry varieties was studied by the duration of cold weather compared to each year. Strawberry fruit ripening lasted from April 6 («Victoria») to April 13 («Uzbekistanskaya», «Redgontlet»). The difference between the varieties was 8 days. The dry matter content in ripe fruits ranged from 9.36% («Dana») to 16.53% («Velikan»). The sugar content in the varieties ranged from 7.2% («Miss Uzbekistan») to 10.9% («Uzbekistanskaya»). When analyzing the amount of acid in the varieties, the amount of acid ranged from 0.46% («Vnuchka») to 1.14% («Dana»).
