Abstract

This article presents the results of monitoring conducted to determine the level of Prune dwarf virus infection in cherry orchards by PCR screening, monitoring results, and the results of studying the effect of the virus on the total protein content of the virus-infected cherry varieties Rivershon and Jintreed, determined using this method.
