Abstract

This article presents data on the composition of soil fungi. The group of soil hyphal fungi includes 277 species from 49 genera and 2 families, all classified as anamorphic hyphal fungi. Among the identified fungi, a large group is classified as potentially dangerous plant pathogens, including species of the genera Fusarium, Botrytis, Verticillium, Helmintosporium, Alternaria, Stemphylium, and Fulvia. In all studied regions, the lowest fungal abundance was observed in summer, Maximum development is observed in autumn. The greatest diversity of identified soil fungi is observed under vegetable crops, followed by cotton, and the lowest abundance is observed under rainfed grain crops.
