Abstract
This study presents the results of scientific investigations conducted on soil samples collected from alfalfa, wheat, and cotton fields in the Bukhara region. The analysis revealed that fungal genera such as Aspergillus, Penicillium, and Fusarium were dominant across all studied crop fields. Data on the distribution of fungal communities at different soil depths are also provided, highlighting variations in species composition depending on soil profile layers.
