Abstract

The study examined the soil nutrient status of irrigated agricultural land in the Konimex District. The results showed that the region’s soils are moderately nutrient-rich: humus content accounts for 37.35% of the total area of 5055,90 hectares, with 28,18 % being low, 26,66 % being high, and 7,50 %, 0,21 %, and 0,09 % being high, high, and very low, respectively. Available phosphorus (P2O5) content is low at 65,32 %, very low at 19,41 %, and moderate, high, and very high at 9,47 %, 4,26 %, and 1,55 %, respectively. Furthermore, exchangeable potassium (K2O) levels were detected in 41,23 % of the soil at low levels, 34,13 % at medium levels, and 16,63 % and 8,01 % at high and high levels, respectively. Based on these results, scientific recommendations were developed for the rational use of mineral and organic fertilizers and the proper organization of agricultural practices to improve soil fertility. The study’s findings are of great importance for achieving high agricultural yields, preventing soil degradation, and efficiently managing land resources.
