Abstract

This study presents the results of applying the biopreparation Pseudobacterin 3 J for the control of major tomato diseases, including late blight, cladosporiosis, and rot. According to the experimental results, when Pseudobacterin 3 J was applied at a rate of 0.25 L ha⁻¹, it demonstrated high biological efficacy against the target diseases. In the case of late blight, the efficacy reached 83.3% on leaves, 87.5% on shoots, and 84.1% on fruits. The biological effectiveness against cladosporiosis was 82.7%, while for rot diseases it reached 82.6%. The findings confirm that Pseudobacterin 3 J is an effective biocontrol agent for managing fungal diseases in tomato cultivation.
