Abstract

This study investigated the biological characteristics of Elsinoë ampelina, the causal agent of grape anthracnose, and the disease development under the conditions of Surkhandarya region. The incidence, severity, and harmfulness of anthracnose were evaluated on different grape cultivars, and the effectiveness of chemical and biological control measures was assessed. The results demonstrated that Kamistar 32.5% SC fungicide and Orgamika S biofungicide exhibited high biological efficacy against the disease. Furthermore, the integrated application of Bordeaux mixture, Kamistar 32.5% SC, and Orgamika S according to grape phenological stages significantly reduced disease development and increased grape yield.
