Abstract
This article investigates the biological characteristics of the aphid parasitoid Lysiphlebus fabarum Marsh, including its parasitism rate and survival under laboratory and field conditions. The results showed that parasitoids collected from natural populations exhibited higher parasitism efficiency and longevity compared to those reared under laboratory conditions. The findings demonstrate the potential of this entomophagous species for the biological control of aphids in vegetable agroecosystems.
