Abstract
This article studies the theoretical and practical foundations of the technology for preparing a biological preparation based on the Chlorella vulgaris SP1 strain. In the course of the research, the stages of growing microalgae biomass in laboratory and semi-industrial conditions, its isolation, drying, and preparation into a preparation form while preserving its biologically active components were analyzed. The effect of factors such as the composition of the nutrient medium, light intensity, temperature, and aeration on microalgae growth and biomass yield was determined. The chemical composition (protein, lipid, vitamins, and pigments), biological activity, and prospects for application in agriculture and the food industry of the obtained biological preparation were also evaluated. The results of the research indicate the possibilities of developing environmentally friendly and highly effective biological preparations based on the Chlorella vulgaris SP1 strain.
