Abstract
This study analyzes the spatio-temporal changes of landscapes in the Aydar–Arnasay lake system using remote sensing data and geoinformation technologies. Satellite imagery from Landsat and Sentinel-2 was used to calculate NDVI and EVI indices, enabling the assessment of vegetation conditions and soil degradation. The results indicate that landscape transformation is intensifying under the influence of both anthropogenic and natural factors. The potential of digital monitoring systems for early detection and prediction of degradation processes is substantiated. Based on the findings, scientific and practical recommendations were developed for efficient land resource management and the implementation of smart agriculture technologies.
