Abstract

This article analyzes the current state of the Jizzakh region's land fund, comparatively examines its target orientation, forms of use, and changes in the land ownership system during 2015-2024, and identifies key development trends. Additionally, the state and dynamics of land use in the Jizzakh region during this period were analyzed based on national reports from the Chamber of State Cadastres of the Cadastre Agency under the Ministry of Economy and Finance. In conclusion, proposals and recommendations were provided regarding the categories of the land fund and their effective use.
