Abstract
In this study, the soil fertility and yield formation of sesame (Sesamum indicum L.), variety “Qora shahzoda,” were evaluated from an agrochemical perspective under the application of biofertilizers on a mineral fertilizer background. The results showed that the plant’s demand for nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, as well as their uptake efficiency, are decisive factors in yield formation. The combined application of mineral fertilizers and biofertilizers increases nutrient use efficiency and promotes the development of generative organs. The highest yield (21.5 c/ha) was obtained with the application of N120 Р90 K60 in combination with biofertilizer.
