Abstract

This article examines the effect of seed treatment with the Nitrofiks P strain and sowing dates on the dynamics of green biomass accumulation in four soybean cultivars. Soybean was sown at three different dates with prior seed inoculation using the Nitrofiks P strain, followed by observations of green stem formation. The results showed that seed treatment with the Nitrofiks P strain led to the highest protein content in green biomass at the pod formation stage. The application of the Nitrofiks P strain also increased the yield of feed units per hectare, with the highest values recorded in the variants sown on June 25, reaching 0.65–0.68 t ha⁻¹.
