Abstract
In this article, the seeds of the rye variety "Shalola" were sorted on sieves with mesh sizes of 1.8, 2.0, 2.2 and 2.5 mm, their weight per 1000 grains, germination energy, germination rate, caleoptile length, number and length of roots were studied, experiments were described and recommendations on the sizes of seeds suitable for sowing were given.
