Abstract

This article presents the results of research conducted in 2025 at the breeding department of the Kashkadarya Scientific Experimental Station on intervarietal artificial hybridization of apricot. In the study, the varieties “Yubileyniy Navoi” and “Shalaq” were selected as maternal forms, while the local variety “Subkhoniy” was used as the paternal form. A simple artificial pollination method was applied. During the flowering period, the stamens of the maternal flowers were removed, then the flowers were isolated with special material to prevent external pollination, after which pollen from the paternal variety was manually applied to the stigma.
