Abstract

This article extensively discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of the optimal placement of irrigation and drainage networks in land management projects. Based on scientific sources, the role of irrigation and drainage systems in the rational and efficient use of water resources, prevention of soil degradation processes, and ensuring the sustainability of agricultural production under the arid and semi-arid climatic conditions of Uzbekistan is analyzed.
