В статье приведены сведения об изучении энтомопатогенного действия бактериального эндотоксина Bacillus thuringiensis в отношении мароккской саранчи. В эксперименте использовали изоляты Bacillus thuringiensis, выделенные из падежа саранчи и почвы, в концентрации 0,5 и 1,0%. В результате исследований отмечено, что эффективность 80-90% достигнута в варианте использования бактерии Bacillus thuringiensis ВТ-2, выделенной из павших саранчи. Abstract

The article provides information on the study of the entomopathogenic effect of the bacterial endotoxin Bacillus thuringiensis in relation to the Moroccan locust. Bacillus thuringiensis isolates isolated from locust mortality and soil were used in the experiment at concentrations of 0.5 and 1.0%. As a result of the research, it was noted that 80-90% efficiency was achieved in the variant of using the bacterium Bacillus thuringiensis BT-2, isolated from dead locusts.
